Emmie was dropped off at a vet hospital with four other dogs in their Dropbox. She recently whelped a litter and is currently regaining her girlish figure. She loves to play with other dogs, likes to play fetch and does a cute little pounce on the ball. She's not a fan of the water, but absolutely loves car rides and settles in nicely for the ride. She has an endearing personality. The shelter staff giggled talking about her and said she is a silly gal.
Emmie and Bonnie came from the same shelter and immediately hit it off. It's like they've known each other all their life. They both moved into the same foster home, met the three resident males and fit in very well. Emmie would love to be adopted together with her foster sister Bonnie, but could also be fine with another confident sibling.
She is housebroken, enters the crate when asked and sleeps through the night. She will sometimes go in the crate when we're in that area of the house, but likes to be part of the action so doesn't stay long. She still needs to learn commands, but she is such a pleaser and loves her humans dearly, so I don't think it will take her long to learn. She is an absolute doll and a very easy foster. She makes everyone smile just to be around her.
