Description:Meet Kelso, he came to Lab rescuers from a shelter out in the desert and wow is he adorable. This guy has such a cool color and we believe he is a Labrador Weimaraner mix...
At approximately two years old, Kelso is an active boy but he does settle down nicely when his foster parents are working or watching TV. He loves to go for walks or play with other dogs. Kelso likes to explore, loves his tennis balls and toys, and anything else that amuses him. He is well behaved toward all others along his walking path. He ignores the other dogs when you walk or run with him which is nice so there are no scenes. Kelso isn't a big barker unless startled by an unexpected noise (like any dog). He has been left in the backyard for a couple of hours at a time with a toy and did fine but hasn't been tested for longer than 2 hours since his foster dad works from home. He likes to hang out with his foster siblings in the house with his whole foster family. He gets along well with all other dogs and is submissive at first when he meets them...then he just wants to play, play, play. He is good with kids but at times still likes to mouth (gently). He's laid back and gentle enough to let a loud puppy play in his face and crawl on him.
Kelso is a healthy, happy and loving dog. Kelso is crate trained and will lay in there quietly as he knows crate time = quiet time. In fact he sleeps there at night and doesn't make a peep. He is really a sweet, fun and handsome dog. Loves to ride in the car with you and smell the outdoor breezes. He also loves to play with water so if you want a water dog, this could be your guy. Kelso has been neutered, has all of his shots, frontline, heartworm test (negative) and is all healthy and ready for his new loving forever home.
