Meet sweet Libby. She landed in her foster home by pure chance. Her foster mom saw her at the vet facility where she was boarded and realized she couldn't leave without her. She is now one of seven dogs in her foster home.
She absolutely loves to play ball and swim.
She is a darling girl. Cool as a cucumber, yet she still likes to run and have fun with the rest of the dogs.
The 7 month old foster puppy that came home the next day chose Libby out of the other five dogs to follow. It must be her confident, easy manner that prompted the pup to attach to her. She rolls with the flow and is no trouble at all. We are working on potty training, but that should come relatively soon. She is really great at meeting other dogs, loves all people and has an easy going, confident nature. Check back as we learn more about this little love bug.
UPDATE 10/31/17. Libby is an absolute sweetheart. She will follow her person from room to room, and loves belly rubs so much she will roll over for one if given the slightest opportunity. She does very well in the home alone and with the 2 other dogs here. She is at least dog door trained, but her foster is not aware of a signal to open a door to go out. Libby needs leash work, and is very strong for her age. Her ideal home should have a pool for swims, and another dog friend would be nice. She is also good with youngsters.
